These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jjwian platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on jjwian.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jjwian. Age verification is required during registration and may be repeated at any time. Underage accounts are permanently closed.
Each player may hold exactly one jjwian account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses credited to jjwian accounts are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met.
jjwian may request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML compliance requirement.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jjwian ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the jjwian platform at jjwian.net. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the Player and jjwian with respect to all services available through the jjwian.net website, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, account management features, and customer support services.
By completing the jjwian account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by accessing or using any feature of the jjwian platform, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are supplemented by the jjwian Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms applicable to individual promotions, and the jjwian Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
Use of the jjwian platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. By registering an account, the Player warrants that they meet this age requirement. jjwian reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage and to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be held by an individual under the age of 21. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated in an underage account are void and will be forfeited.
The Player is solely responsible for verifying that online gaming is permitted under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. jjwian does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the jjwian platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing jjwian from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any remedy from jjwian as a result.
To register a jjwian account, the Player must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. The Player agrees to update their account information promptly if any details change. jjwian accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by the Player.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one jjwian account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used. jjwian may use technical and investigative methods to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, jjwian reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical bonuses, and withhold balances pending investigation.
jjwian operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with its international licensing obligations. The Player may be required to submit identification documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or payment method verification — before deposits are accepted, withdrawals are processed, or bonuses are released. jjwian reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jjwian account login credentials, including their mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The Player agrees not to share their account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through a Player's jjwian account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is the sole responsibility of the account holder, regardless of whether the account was accessed by the registered Player or by a third party who obtained access due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
The Player must notify jjwian immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their account or any breach of their account security. jjwian's support team is available 24/7 via live chat to assist with account security concerns. jjwian will take reasonable steps to investigate reports of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend an account pending investigation.

jjwian accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, 1LINK, and authorised retail cash deposit agents. jjwian reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account is registered to a person other than the jjwian account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the jjwian Cashier section and are subject to change.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. The Player must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed. jjwian reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
jjwian does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR withdrawals. However, the Player's bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which jjwian has no control.
jjwian is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. jjwian monitors all transactions and may require Players to provide the source of funds documentation where transaction patterns warrant further review. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with jjwian's legal obligations. Player funds used in furtherance of money laundering or fraud will be permanently withheld.
jjwian offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution percentages, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to a jjwian account are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (or the sum of the bonus and deposit, where stated) and must be met within the stated validity period.
jjwian reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a Player has already opted in, jjwian will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
Players are entitled to opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting jjwian customer support. A Player who opts out of bonuses will have no promotional funds credited to their account until the opt-out is reversed.
All sports bets placed on the jjwian platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on jjwian:

No Player or visitor to jjwian.net is granted any licence to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jjwian intellectual property without the prior written consent of jjwian.
Game titles, graphics, and associated intellectual property displayed on the jjwian platform remain the property of the respective game developers and are used by jjwian under licence. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is prohibited and may result in legal action by the relevant rights holder.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwian's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the jjwian platform shall not exceed the amount of the Player's deposited balance held in their jjwian account at the time the relevant claim arises.
jjwian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the jjwian platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational damage, even if jjwian has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
jjwian does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the jjwian platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond jjwian's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. jjwian accepts no liability for any loss sustained by a Player due to platform downtime.
jjwian reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jjwian will provide registered Players with notice via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the jjwian website, no less than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the jjwian platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
jjwian may suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account at any time with or without prior notice if jjwian reasonably believes that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to jjwian; or applicable legal or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure. Where an account is terminated for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
A Player may close their jjwian account at any time by contacting jjwian customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Active bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable under jjwian's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and jjwian concerning these Terms or any aspect of the Player's use of the jjwian platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jjwian's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate the internal dispute resolution process, the Player must submit a written complaint to jjwian via live chat or by contacting the jjwian support team. jjwian will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. If the Player is not satisfied with jjwian's resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with the procedures specified in jjwian's licensing terms.
